Herne Bay War Memorial Park : Celebrating 100 Years

Written by Colleen Ashwin-Kean. The book is a history of the origins of the park, its development in 1919 and many of the community events held over the decades up to and including the Great War centenary commemorations. The final section covers, in detail, the 2018 Centenary Fields project , a collaboration between Canterbury City Council, Beach Creative, Herne Bay Junior School and HBHRS.
